Enroll in HERConnection

HERConnection is a free support program from Genentech that provides information and resources to help educate and empower people living with HER2+ breast cancer. This program is designed specifically for individuals who have been prescribed PERJETA and Herceptin® (trastuzumab)‑based treatment. You’re invited to sign up and may receive important information about your treatment, including:

  • An informational treatment brochure
  • An email series based on where you are in your treatment
  • A notebook to keep track of your appointments and treatment notes
  • A cookbook full of recipes, tips, and caregiver ideas

Materials and information may differ depending on your course of treatment.

  1. Early stage breast cancer. The cancer is in one or both breasts and may be in the lymph nodes under the arm.
  2. Metastatic breast cancer. The cancer has spread to other parts of the body, outside the breast and lymph nodes under the arm.

The HERConnection program is specifically designed for patients undergoing treatment for HER2-positive (HER2+) breast cancer. Currently, HERConnection only supports patients receiving Genentech medicines or products for HER2+ breast cancer. As a member, you will receive information and support that may help you understand breast cancer and your treatment.

Please be aware that your answers are used only to enhance and customize the information we send you about Genentech products and disease education related to HER2+ breast cancer. The information you share is kept strictly confidential as described in our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll.
